Why Finchara
Finchara isn't a licensed slideshow bought off the shelf. It's run by someone who sets up and secures networks and systems for a living, and brings that same hands-on eye to training people instead of just infrastructure. The name comes from a real habit of small birds. In a mixed flock, it's usually the small ones that spot the hawk first and raise the alarm. That's what every session is really trying to teach: notice it, and say something, before it becomes a problem.
